Attestation from HEC.

You can also go directly to HEC office without making early appointment but you have to make the described account. (At computer lab in HEC for further processing). So better make account before going and get print from the computer lab of HEC.

First of all, Make an online account on HEC attestation page by providing the required information,

Select the Degree(s) to be attested and also select the date on which you wish to go to HEC for attestation.

Try to get appointment atleast 10-15 days before that time , so that you can easily get the earlier token number.

Print and sign the Application.

Reach HEC on time on the appointment day.

Bring Original CNIC and its copy, photocopy of all documents matric onwards + originals.

You must provide Authority Letter if some authorised person is going on your behalf.

On your turn go to window 01 and get the documents checked by the person at the window.

Than proceed to window 02 and submit the fee and get receipt.

On your turn at window 03, submit the documents to be attested. And get the receipt showing the time for collection of documents after attestation.

At the mentioned time go to window 04 & get the attested documents.

Don't forget to check the signature of Attesting Authority, Ink Stamp of the Officer, Paper Stamp like postal ticket and Date Stamp.

Attestation service is now available in Lahore & Peshawar Regional offices of HEC.

You can also get your documents attested through OCS Courier Services (for only Pakistani local customers who require getting their documents attested from HEC, Islamabad). 

OCS Courier Company after attestation would be responsible for returning these documents back to the customers at their specified/given addresses with in a period of 15 days on following rates.

Attestation from IBCC (Inter Board Chairmen Committee)

 

First of all get the original or photocopy of SSC & F.Sc degree attested from the concerned board (from where you did matric and F.Sc), it is required by IBCC.

BioData Verification from Concerned Board Office

Then go to IBCC office located inside the federal board premises or to the Regional Offices of IBCC located at all Provincial Headquarters i.e. Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore and Karachi. Name, Designation, Address, Phone and Fax numbers of Regional Offices which are located inside Board offices of mentioned cities.


Get the challan form and attestation form from IBCC window and submit the attestation fee at the bank located inside the federal board premisis.

Fee of Rs.200/- will be charged for attestation of each original certificate /document.

Fee of Rs.100/- will be charged for attestation of each copy of original certificate /document.

Deposit the Application form, challan form, original degrees and their photocopies at the IBCC window before 11:00 am.

They will return the attested degrees on next day, After 11:00 am.

Don't forget to check the paper stamp like postal stamp, signature & Date on the back of Degree when they return it to you after attestation.

Exam Day & Tips to attempt (SLE) Prometric Exam.

 

 

On Exam Day;

• Arrive at Examination centre atleast 01 hour before your exam time & Don't forget to bring your Government ID that you provided during appointment booking.
• Provide your appointment slip to the staff.
• They will capture your photo & ask you to sign the attendance sheet. (Check In Time).
• Prometric Center staff will ask you to empty your pockets and put all your belongings in a locker.
• Staff will guide you to the (Computer) PC and guide you about the procedure to attempt the exam. (If you ask them).
• No paper and pen is allowed for Calculations etc. You have to use calculator provided in computer.
• Exam duration start when you start attempting first Question.
• Count down timer will remain displayed on top left of the screen during whole session, which show you the remaining time.
• Exam consists of 70 MCQs.

 

 

Tips to Attempt Exam (MCQs).

 

1- Starting from the start , first of all answer those questions about which you are 100 % sure.   (Mark all those questions about which you are not 100 % sure).

 

2- Review the marked MCQs and decide the answer of as much as you can.

 

3- Review the marked MCQs for second time and again decide the answer of as much as you can.

 

4- Finally you are left with questions about which you have not any concept or idea.

     (Apply the hit & trial or you may say AKAR BAKAR rule on them).

5- Try to attempt the Calculations MCQs at the end, so you can carefully solve them.

     (Re-Check the answers by using calculator).

 

"To Confuse is the first step to Lose"

6- After you finish the Exam and Click on "END", the result will appear on the screen                    in only 10-15 Seconds. (Hold your Breath).

 

7- Prometric Staff will Print, Stamp and sign the result copy and hand it over to you.

8- After the Exam put your sign against the "check out time".

 

9- Before leaving do not forget to bring your belongings from the locker. :-)

 

PROMETRIC RESULT IS VALID FOR 03 YEARS. 

 

You can attempt SLE Exam three times in one year (If you are outside KSA)

 

In KSA you wil get total 03 Chances to pass SLE , after that your name is Black Listed.
