Data Flow Verification.

Verification of your documents (Degrees and Experience Letter) is a mandatory step in the registration process with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

The Registered Pharmacists who have not undergone Data Flow verification at the time of registration , have to go for it at the time of renewal of registration. 

Data flow verification can be done by two ways;

1- By Personal Visit to any SCFHS Branch.

Visit any nearest Saudi Commission for Health Specialties branch and  go to Data Flow counter.

Fill a Bio-Data form, Authorization form and submit photocopies of documents required to be verified.
They will also ask for original documents for comparison.

After that they will provide you the receipt(s) having Data Flow Reference Number and SCFHS Reference Number for Follow up.

2- By Submitting Online Application.

1- Visit  http://www.scfhs.org.sa/en/pages/default.aspx

2- Click “E-Services Portal”, a page will open, click “E-Services List”, another page will open, 
      click Registration.

3-  Click “Prometric test results for those taking the test outside the Kingdom”.

4-   Sign Up as New user and Log in.

5- Click "Save and Next".

Personal Details

1-       Fill up the form with required information, upload passport scan copy, passport number.

2- Click "Save and Next".

Educational Qualification.

1- Fill educational details such as, university name and address, scan copy of certificate etc.

2- Click "Save and Next"

Letter of Authorization

1-  Print , Sign and Scan the letter of Authorization.

2-    Upload the letter of Authorization.

3- Click "Save and Next".

Review Page:

1- Before clicking the “save and next” button check if all the information you filled is accurate, if not then     go to the respective section and edit them.

2-   Click the submit button. The verification fee for non-physician is SAR 350.

3-   Select your payment type; Visa or MasterCard..

4-    Fill the required information and click the Pay button.

The entire verification process require 30 to 40 days to complete. 

You may occasionally check your verification status by clicking the “Check Status” button.
