Attestation from Saudi Embassy . ( If Already working in Saudi Arabia)

After attestation from Saudi Culture office your Degree and Experience letter is going 

to be attested by Saudi Embassy located in Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad.

If you are already working in Saudi Arabia then Saudi Embassy demands;

1-  Original copy of the job contract or agreement. (Attested from KSA Foreign Office).

2-  Original Letter for attestation from your employer (company, hospital etc) addressed to Saudi -

     Culture mission Islamabad. (Attested from KSA Foreign office).

3- Your Iqama copy (Residence permit of Saudia) 

4- Your CNIC copy.

5- Passport copy.

6- Documents to be attested along with photocopy of them from both sides.

You can not apply directly to Embassy for attestation.... You have to apply for attestation through attesting agents.

The official fee for attestation is 30 Saudi Riyals 

(30 x Exchange Rate = PKR, approx 900 rupees);

but the agent will charge you more. (around 2000 PKR).

Attestation from Saudi Embassy (If going to Saudia on Pharmacist Visa)

After attestation from Saudi Culture office your degree and Experience letter is going to be attested by Saudi Embassy located in Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad.

Saudi Embassy demands;

1-  The photo copy of your contract agreement that you provided to Saudi culture office.

2- Visa copy issued by Saudi Ministry of Labour and Saudi Foreign Office.

3- Your CNIC copy.

4- Passport copy.

5- Documents to be attested along with photocopy of them from both sides.

6- Matric and F.Sc degree.

You can not apply directly to Embassy for attestation.... You have to apply for attestation through attesting agents.

Attestation from Ministry of National Regulations & Services.

Ministry of National Regulations & Services attest experience letters  and Degrees related to Medical field.

The process of attestation is as follows;

1- 20 Rupees affidavit (Stamp Pamper) on which your degree/experience letter number, Date of issue etc is mentioned. (Sample placed below)

2- Original documents and their photocopies from both sides.

3- CNIC and its copy.

Note:-
Degree must be attested from HEC and Experience letter must be attested from relevant Chamber of Commerce with which the organization issuing experience letter is registered.

Attestation Fee.
Currently there is no fee for attestation.

Usually you have to deposit documents before 10:00 am and they are returned on same day after 01:00 pm.

Attestation from KSA Foreign Office.

All the documents which are attested from Saudi Culture Office 

and Saudi Embassy in Pakistan are to be attested by Ministry of 

Foreign Affairs, KSA.

• For this you have to proceed to MoFA office in any city. 

• Take the token for attestation.

• Wait for your token number.

• On your turn go to the counter and provide the documents to be attested and your Iqama. 

• Bring with you photocopies of all documents (from both sides), they may ask for it.

.Attestation fee is 30 SR per document.
