Attestation from Saudi Cultural Mission. Pakistan. (If you are Already in KSA)

For attestation of your  Pharmacy Degree from Saudi Culture Mission after coming to Saudi Arabia you have to follow the process described below.

Documents required at Saudi Culture Mission are;

1- Saudi Iqama Copy.
2- Agreement/Contract  Letter (original).

3- Application for attestation from employer addressed         to Saudi Culture Mission.
4-Passport Copy.

5- CNIC Copy.

6- HEC Attestation

7- SCFHS Letter. (Confirm it, I think now a days it is not       required.)

  

UPDATE:-

Agreement letter from your Employer is also needed now. (Saudi Culture Office demands this letter during attestation of Degree).

The Agreement letter from your Employer must be attested from Chamber of Commerce KSA & than Ministry of Foreign Affairs-KSA.

You have to attest your Pharmacy Degree from Saudi Culture Mission before proceeding to Saudi Arabia, because attested degree is needed in registeration process with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

 

Actually office of "Ministry of Higher Education - Saudi Arabia" is located inside the Saudi Culture Mission, that attest your Degree. 

 

They only attest your last degree i.e. Pharmacy degree; not Matric & F.Sc.

 

Also the degree must be attested from HEC before attestation from Saudi Culture Mission.

 

This post cover the procedure of Attestation if you have proper Job offer letter from your employer & Letter for attestation from Employer.

 

Visa Profession must be Pharmacist, if you are going for attestation by this procedure. (otherwise they will reject your application for degree attestation).

Attestation from Foriegn Office.

For attestation from Foreign office ; Go to  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its Camp Offices at Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi and Quetta.

  

• Go to post office located inside the Foreign Office premises  and get the paper stamps for your documents that you wish to get attested.

Rate of stamps vary from document to document. check Ministry of Foreign Affairs  website, also the staff of post office will guide you in this regard.

• Paste the stamps on the back of your documents and after pasting the stamps get a photocopy of all documents from both sides (front & back).

• Stand in the queue and wait for your turn.

• Submit the documents and get the token.

• Wait in the waiting area, they will return the documents in 30-40 minutes.

• Check the signature of the attesting officer and ink stamp on your documents.

The degrees /documents that you wish to get attested from MoFA must be first attested from the concerned authority. Like IBCC, HEC, relevant ministry etc..

Attestation of Experience Letter.

One of the main requirements for getting yourself registered as a Pharmacist in Saudi Arabia is 02 year Experience.

Experience may be of any field related to Pharmacy Profession.
i.e. Pharmaceutical Industry, Retail Pharmacy, Hospital, Sales etc...

Remember that never try to provide any experience letter that is not verifiable. Because Saudi Commission of Health Specialities other than attestations from relevant offices, will also get it verified from Data Flow .

So, In this post I am just covering the attestation aspect and InshaAllah in future I will cover the Data Flow Verification process.

Before attestation from the Foreign Office,  all  the experience letters should be first attested from the Concerned Chamber of Commerce & Industry (With which that organisation, from which you get experience, is registered) & than by the Ministry of National Regulations & Services-Islamabad. (Formerly Ministry of Health).


Attestation from Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

* Usually Sales & Industry experience letters are needed to get attested from Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

* For Attestation from Chamber of Commerce and Industry I recommend you to ask your organisation's office staff to do so for you , OR
Ask your Industry that with which Chamber you are registered and than proceed personally.

* If it is not possible for you to go to Chamber than skip this step and proceed for attestation from Ministry of National Regulations and Services and justify and explain them that it was not possible for you for the bla bla bla ...reason. (Usually they agree to you).

Attestation from Ministry of National Regulations & Services.

After the 19th Amendment in the Constitution of Pakistan , the Health became a provincial subject and Federal Ministry of Health was dissolved and in order to deal with regulatory matters related to medical field, Ministry of National Services and Regulations was established.

One of the responsibility of this ministry is to attest the degrees and experience letters related to medical field.

For attestation of Experience letter & Pharmacist Registration Certificate (Category), proceed to the office of the ministry located near NADRA Headquarters , Islamabad.

Deposit following documents to the office before 11.00 am.

1- Experience Letter Original.
2- Professional Degree Original.
3- Professional Registration Certificate. (Category).  
4- CNIC Copy.
5- Photocopy of the above documents.
6- 20/- Rupees Stamp Paper. (format given bellow). 
7- All documents to be attested from this ministry should first be
attested from Gazetted Officer (Notary Public), when you go for        making stamp paper.

(Up till now there is no fee for Attestation).

Affidavit for Attestation from Ministry

After providing the above mentioned documents and affidavit, you will get back the attested documents at the spot or after 01.00 pm on the same day.
